Ingredients

½ cup peanut butter (natural)2 ½ tablespoons coconut oil3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 cups brown rice crisp cereal Sea salt (to taste)Cupcake liners


Directions
Melt coconut oil and peanut butter over low heat and whisk together until smooth. While it's melting, prepare cupcake tray with liners. Add maple syrup and cocoa powder and keep stirring until the mixture is all one color. Fold in rice cereal. Drop heaping spoonfuls of mixture into cupcake tray, shaking the tray at the end to make sure the surface of the candy is even. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each candy. Place in freezer for 30 minutes before taking out to enjoy! These treats are best kept in the freezer or fridge to ensure they remain hard enough to keep it mess-less.
